The Revio increases throughput from the Sequel II long read sequencer by about 12x.  Average reads are 10-20 kb with >99.95 accuracy and minimal bias.  It is based on capturing molecular scale images of a polymerase reading a circular template so that error rate decreases with multiple cycles.  Nucleotide incorporation speed is unique to each base and also varies with modifications enabling direct reading of base sequence. The length of reads empowers single cell isoform analysis and isotype studies. It is also a work horse for whole genome sequencing and detection of structural variants.
