The QX200 ddPCR system performs absolute quantification of targeted DNA or RNA molecules using probe-based digital PCR applications. This can range from biomarker studies to gene expression analysis. Quantification is performed using a unique method of qPCR within thousands of nanoliter-sized droplets.
