The Invitrogen Qubit 3 Fluorometer is a quantification tool offered at GRTH used to accurately quantify RNA and DNA. The Qubit fluorometer detects fluorescent dyes that is specifically bound to the target molecule. This method of quantification decreases the affect of contamination on sample quantification.
